The UPOU Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs invites all faculty members with doctoral degrees to submit applications to the Fulbright Advanced Research and University Lecturing Program (2027-2028). This is a scholarship offered by the Fulbright Philippines (Philippine-American Educational Foundation) for academics and professionals to implement their research projects at institutions for higher education, non-profit research institutes, and government institutions in the United States.
